A5 double-sided colour leaflet "Are you in need of extra support because of COVID-19, or worried about someone who is?" by Brighton & Hove City Council, directing local residents to sources of support during the early weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic, April 2020

When Boris Johnson ordered the public to ‘stay at home’ on 23 March 2020, local communities were quick to respond. Existing organisations were joined by self-organising mutual aid groups in providing essential services and supplies to those in need.

Professionally printed by Brighton & Hove City Council’s communications team, this leaflet advertises help with shopping, collecting prescriptions, emergency food bank referrals and ‘advice to keep active and well and to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness’ through the COVID-19 Community Support Hub. The reverse side includes URLs and contact numbers for council-run and independent services offering support with mental health, domestic violence, and bereavement among other matters.
