Power Stone was released for the Sega Dreamcast in 1999 and became a landmark game of the fighting genre for this console generation. The game utilised 3D levels that would dynamically change whilst playing and environmental objects that the player could interact with. The game was originally developed for the Sega NAOMI arcade hardware and then ported to their home console.
