Helmet, part of Ice hockey goalkeeper's outfit. Fitted to the helmet is a wire face mask made from epoxy coated steel and a high density polycarbonate throat proector.
Catch mitt and stick hand mitt, part of ice hockey goalkeeper's outfit. The stick hand mitt has a sheet of polyethylene sandwiched between polyfoam and leather. The thumb protector is padded with foam and reinforced with polyethylene. The catching mitt is made from double ply two-piece leather and the palm has polyethylene stiffeners sandwiched between the felt.
