'Self isolation due to COVID-19' leaflet

Delivered to all Lambeth residents, this four page leaflet gives guidance on how to self-isolate and if they live alone, or with others or with those at higher risk of COVID-19. The leaflet gives telephone numbers and a website where people can access support including payment schemes if they test positives or are close contacts of someone who had a positive test support. Each page has guidance physical and mental health, particularly when showing symptoms of coronavirus. For those not living alone, there is advice on how to protect those in your household by separating yourself as much as possible not sharing towels, bedding, toothbrushes, cups and dishes, and regularly cleaning shared facilities. The last page has a checklist about when and what to do if you have symptoms or a positive COVID-19 test.
