A5 leaflet, 'COVID symptoms Go here for a test', sent to Sutton residents, by London Borough of Sutton Council, NHS Test and Trace, Keep Sutton Safe, February 2021

Posted through the doors of Sutton's residents during February 2021, this leaflet gives information about how to get access for a test if showing symptoms of COVID-19. The message to “protect your friends and family” was one used throughout the pandemic to think about how their actions would impact those closest to them.

‘Keep Sutton Safe’ was part of the larger ‘Keep London Safe’ campaign which began in July 2020. Research showed 46 per cent of Londoners surveyed did not know how to get a test. The public messaging was flexible to take into account specific local needs and was used on posters, leaflets and social media.
