13 page activity pack for September 2020 sent by Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent, on the theme of environment containing a letter dated 20 August 2020, activity sheets on ‘Mindfulness Meditation’, answers to the “Go Green” Environment Quiz, Members Message Board, blank sheet to add messages and a survey, ‘Grow you own vegetables and Flowers’ and decorating a mason jar, ‘Silhouette Pictures’ Spot the Difference, anagram puzzle, wordsearch, colouring, “Go Green quiz”, crossword, standing exercises, recipes for vegetable soup and apple and cinnamon muffins, and addressed envelope to AGE UK HHM Townfeld, with brown postal envelope, compiled by Social Wellbeing team, during the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020

Beginning in summer 2020, the Social Wellbeing Team at Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent announced the start of their support package through monthly activity packs.

The third pack had the theme of the environment. The theme was chosen as lockdowns had a noticeably positive impact on air and water quality which "has created a sense of optimism and the opportunity to work towards a clean and better environment for our planet." The letter also thanked people for their feedback and donations meaning that games were included and recipes for fruit desserts. For the first time a message board was included. Despite lockdown restrictions easing, in person meetings were still not safe to resume, particularly for people at higher risk of COVID-19.

Each pack had a theme and related puzzles, recipes, information sheets, colouring in and ways to communicate with messages boards by post. Realising that many of their local community might struggle with or not have access to digital communication, packs were posted and offers of help with WhatsApp and Zoom were offered.
