Beginning in summer 2020, the Social Wellbeing Team at Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent announced the start of their support package through monthly activity packs.

This sixth pack on the theme of childhood memories announced the second national lockdown from 5 November to 2 December. During this lockdown schools remained open and you could meet one person outside from another household. The WhatsApp groups continued for those that had access and a message board was included in the pack. The letter talked about the memory theme: "memory is a tricky and unreliable thing, but these early recollections from our childhood can be the strongest and most vivid."

Each pack had a theme and related puzzles, recipes, information sheets, colouring in and ways to communicate with messages boards by post. Realising that many of their local community might struggle with or not have access to digital communication, packs were posted and offers of help with WhatsApp and Zoom were offered.
