Headboard carried by the last ever flood relief train through 'Workington North' station, Northern. Workington North railway station was a temporary railway station in Cumbria, United Kingdom, constructed following floods which cut all road access to Workington town centre from north of the River Derwent. When it first opened Workington North was used by over 2000 passengers every day but with the opening of the road bridge in April 2010 use of the temporary station all but ceased. It closed 08 October 2010. This headboard was hung on the final flood relief train.
