Parker, Locomotive Running Superintendent, Liverpool Street Station, 31st July 1947, to fireman Douglas Edward Westland, expressing his appreciation of the praiseworthy action that he took on the 23rd July 1947 when a fire broke out on a wagon carrying mustard gas bombs near Fulbourn.
