Handwritten account by fireman Douglas Edward Westland concerning the events of the 23rd July 1947 when a fire broke out on a train of 47 wagons, each containing 60 mustard gas bombs, near Fulbourn, actions for which he and three others received the London & North Eastern Railway gallantry medal in 1948.
