Facom brand toolbox with black lid and red body with LifeLab sticker from activity 1 of a coronavirus teaching resource based on an escape room game for primary schools participating in the Southampton Saliva Testing Programme in September 2020

The first escape room activity was to open the tool box, which contained 6 toy microbes and a classification key for students to work out which one was which. When they had correctly identified the COVID-19 virus, a number on the label revealed the padlock code to gain access to the next activity.
