Brass watch patterns by Benjamin Lewis Vulliamy

Three brass circular patterns/templates for watches by Benjamin Lewis Vulliamy, contained in a circular card box. The first template (ø45mm) is engraved ‘Size of large cock repeater ad 1840’. The second template (ø 40mm) is engraved ‘Size of minute repeater xuzm ad 1840’. The third template (ø 40mm) is engraved ‘Kuzm ad 1840’. On the lid of the card box is written in (most likely B L Vulliamy’s hand) 'Nov 1 1843, X, Patterns of Balances, sizes & weights'. Clockmakers' Museum No. 1533.
