Network Rail pen in rainbow colours, given to delegates at the Network Rail Archway Conference held on 21 Feb 2024.

Archway formed in 2013 and started with just 22 members. In 2024 Archway was one of eight Network Rail employee networks its aim is to promote Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) inclusion at Network Rail, as part of a wider Diversity and Inclusion programme. Archway’s members come from Network Rail and other parts of the railway industry. They include members of the LGBT+ community and its allies.
