Mixer (MX/18/336) for a Microphone Amplifier Type OBA/8 (c. 1939) housed in a grey rectangular metal case with a removable lid and a fabric carrying strap. The control panel is fitted with four large rotary dials with graduated scales, smaller adjustment knobs, and labels for input and output connections. The underside has a second removable lid with a shallow, sectioned storage space inside.
