A set of upper and lower dentures are mounted on plaster and set in an articulator. An articulator is a hinged frame which simulates jaw movements. The jaw moves in a complex way. Various designs of articulator have tried to reproduce the natural movement. It was made by American manufacturer Teledyne Hanau Company.

Two metal bars, one with a right angle at the top, cylindrical in shape. The other has a cut away on one end to give it a flat side and the other end appears to have a flat end.
