The Grangemouth Iron Company was an iron foundary based in Falkirk, known to have been in existence from at least 1884. In 1929 Grangemouth took over Glasgow's Etna Iron Foundary. In 1935 the newly formed Federated Foundaries took over all Grangemouth company shares. However, the company continued on as a subsidiary until c1965.

The company manufactured iron cookers and other domestic products under the brand name 'Sofono.'
