Manufacturers of board and paper making machinery, of Sheffield, later also manufactured plant, centrifugal castings and welded fabrication. The company was formed in 1933 by William Hulse Millspaugh. In 1946, it was sold to Hadfields Steel Foundry Co, Sheffield, and was made public in 1951 when Hadfields was nationalised. Millspaugh was reaquired by Hadfields in 1955.
