Fowler, Harold

Harold Fowler is the compiler of an album of newspaper cuttings of subjects of local interest, including social and industrial events, covering the period 1870-1920. Little more is known about him, and it has not been possible to link him to the son of William H Fowler, owner of Fowler & Co, who published a variety of engineering pocket books and mathematical calculators.
