Cargill Flavor Systems (UK) Ltd

In 1939 Duckworth & Co of Manchester established a company to carry on its food flavourings business: Duckworth & Co (Essences) Limited. In 2006 the company was sold to the American agriculture and food business Cargill for £150 million. Cargill sold its flavours business to the Irish company Kerry Group in 2011. In 2012 the business was renamed Kerry Flavours UK Limited.
