Hilger & Watts was a British manufacturing company that made theodolites and scientific instruments. It was founded on 20 February 1948 when Adam Hilger Ltd merged with Messrs E R Watts and Son. By the late 1940s Hilger & Watts employed around 1,300 people across six factories in London and Kent.

Hilger & Watts was taken over by Rank in July 1968 and later sold on.
