(b. 1903), Author of Fluorescent Lighting books

Arthur Dinham Stephen Atkinson was born on the 24th October 1903 and married in c. 1933. He was appointed lieutenant in the First World War on the 15th May 1917. Throughout his life he published books on fluorescent lighting in English, French and Spanish.
