International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-Biotech Applications
The International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-biotech Applications (ISAAA) has established its role to help achieve agricultural sustainability and development. The ISAAA saw the potential of crop biotechnology to improve the lives of small-scale farmers in developing countries in early 1991. Their belief is that sharing scientific knowledge to the global community and transfering technologies to developing countries through public-private partnerships will help the global farming and food crisis.
