Watkins, Bob

Nationality:
British

After receiving training as an Apprentice and completing the five year course he decided that engineering was not the career he wanted. He left Linotype and Machinery and attended a local Art School to train as a photographer before going on to a college in Surrey. Part of his course work led him back to Linotype factory at Broadheath to take photographs of the employees, of which he donated a number of examples to the Museum.
