Sulzer Bros (London) Ltd was formed on the 20th July 1932 a special resolution signed on the 4th December 1986 changed the name of the company to Sulzer (UK) Ltd. In 2001 all the assets of Sulzer (UK) Ltd were transferred to Sulzer (UK) Holdings Ltd and Sulzer (UK) Ltd was declared a dormant company and as of 2017 continued to be so.
