Ravensworth Ann Colliery, also known as Ann Pit, Eighton Moor or Team Colliery, was located near Birtley, south of Newcastle. In 1844 it was held under lease from the Ravensworth family, who were among the leading North-East pit owners in the heyday of the region's mining industry.
