C.W. Glover and Partners

C.W. Glover and Partners was a consulting engineering and architectural firm established in 1927 by Charles William Glover (1891-1976). It worked in these capacities on numerous projects, mostly large constructions including bridges and factories, as well as, prior to and during the Second World War, on the provision of air raid shelters. It also worked with Central Airports Ltd on their 1933 project to construct an elevated airport above the railway sidings at Kings Cross. Although it is unclear it appears that C.W. Glover and Partners ceased trading in 1978.
