The Urenco group was formed in 1970 and is a British-German-Dutch nuclear fuel consortium who operate several uranium enrichment plants in Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, and the United Kingdom. They state that their clients supply them with uranium which Urenco then enrich in their treatment plants with centrifugal technology. It is owned one third by the UK government, one third by the Dutch government, and the final thid equally by two German utilities, E.ON and RWE.

The organisation is made up of a board and several committees.

They are headquartered in Stoke Pages, England.
