Ultramast Limited

Ultramast was a telecoms company that began operating on 26th April 2001. It was jointly owned by RT Group Telecoms Services Limited and Marconi Corporation PLC. In May 2003 it was sold to Jarvis PLC, but the deferred shares were retained by Marconi and RT Group Holdings Limited. July 2004 saw the company being acquired by Shere Group and its name was changed to Railsite Limited.
