RT Group Telecom Services Limited

RT Group Telecom Services was established in April 2000 as Railtrack Telecom Services Limited. It was responsible for developing telecommunication services for Railtrack Group PLC and was owned by Railtrack (Holdings) Limited. In March 2001 it entered into agreements with Marconi Corporation PLC, Easynet Group PLC and Ipsaris Limited. This led to it acquiring 50% of Ultramast Limited with Marconi and a 5% stake in Ipsaris Limited which was later sold.

In October 2002 it changed its name to RT Group Telecom Services Limited and in August 2003 its name changed again to Ultramast Services Limited before it ceased trading.
