Railtrack (Spacia) Limited

Railtrack (Spacia) Limited was established in November 1999 as a property company which aimed to renovate buildings and then rent them out. It was part of Railtrack (Holdings) Limited until August 2002 when it was transferred to Railtrack PLC. This was in turn purchased by Network Rail Holdco Limited in October 2002. January 2003 saw the company's name changed to Network Rail (Spacia) Limited when its parent, Railtrack PLC, became Network Rail Infrastructure Limited. The company continued to operate its properties until 2005 when it transferred them to Network Rail at which point it became an inactive company.
