Bundle one contains materials related to the development of franchises, the development of Passenger Service Requirements, passenger experiences of compliance with Passenger Service Requirements through timetabling, cleanliness and other conditions, Passenger Track Access Conditions, and analysis of privatised rail including "Rail Privatisation and your Constituency", "Railtrack: A Briefing for Responsible Shareholders", draft franchise agreements, and invitations to tender on franchises.
