Charter comprises of early photocopied drafts of the charter, meeting minutes for Transport 2000 Annual General Meetings (1991), correspondence produced by Department of Transport, Greater Manchester Council for Voluntary Service, Welwyn Hatfield Council, and Graphical, Paper and Media Union which advertise the launch of the charter and their receipt of the Charter document, press releases advertising the Charter’s launch, and information sheets.
