Contents include instructions to volunteers for surveying procedures; blank printed copies of the surveys; guidance for volunteers; letters regarding survey collection activities; typed printed raw data from survey and data collection; typed comments on survey results; typed letters in response to survey data produced by the Minister of State (1988); and printed National Bus Inquiry "Travel Line" on passenger experiences for Prescott's bus inquiry system, filled in ink with research participant responses (2001).
