Four bundles contain materials produced by Don Mathew, coordinator of the Local Transport Day campaign, local groups of Council for the Protection of Rural England and Friends of the Earth, Hull Cycle Campaign, Pewsey Vale Transport Appraisal Group, Cyclists' Touring Group, and others (1995-1999), relating to the coordination of a local transport day, the provision of support for local groups, lack of funding as a barrier to hosting local transport days. Materials are related to initiatives in Merton, East Sussex, Dorset, Milton Keynes, Dunfermline, Manchester, and other local areas of England, Scotland and Wales.
