In reference to object A604008 (portrait of Edward Jenner): Edward Jenner's father was the vicar of Berkeley while his elder brother, Stephen, is mentioned in the ODNB ref above as having been instrumental in Edward's early education. Neither is mentioned as an artist, however it is possible it could be either of them. If the painting (A604008) dates after 1754 then it is more likely the brother as the father died in that year. Occupation field reflects this uncertainty.
