1933 - incorporated as the Telsen Electric Company Limited; the cabinet making department made furniture into which wireless receivers were built; purchased Bakelite cases from Edwin Elliot of Birmingham; produced components for the building of a home wireless receiver, produced blueprint layouts for home construction;

1935 - bought out of receivership by David Rosenfield Limited, trading as The Telsen Electric Company (1935) Limited, located at Fitzgeorge Street, Rochdale Road, Manchester 9; produced a wider range of domestic electrical appliances including irons, toasters, bubble lights and fairy lights
