Wellington's & Ward was a company founded by the English photographer and scientist John Wellington (1860- 1939), who in the 1880s, had collaborated with George Eastman of the Kodak Company in America. Leto Photo Materials Company merged with Wellington and Ward to form Wellington and Ward Ltd in July 1922.
