Fay Godwin 1931 - 2005

Landscape photographer, born 1935 in Berlin (father a British diplomat, mother an American artist); became interested in photography in 1966; self-taught; major exhibition Land and accompanying book at Serpentine Gallery 1985; awarded Honorary Fellowship of Royal Photographic Society in 1990.
