Fearnley Cricket Sales Ltd

Founded in 1975 by cricketer Duncan Fearnley (b 1940) who began making cricket bats as a schoolboy cricketer for Yorkshire in 1955 and continued when playing professionally for Worcestershire. He turned semi-pro in 1970s and concentrated on developing business, becoming the dominant bat manufacturer internationally in 1980s; in 1990s diversified into providing other cricketing equipment.
