1938 - stopped producing passenger vehicles; concentrated in manufacturinig trucks;

1952 - firm taken over by Simca, manufacturing Unic-Simca trucks;

1966 - taken over by Fiat group;

1975 - merged into IVECO manufacturing trucks and buses such as Fiat, OM, Lancia, UNIC and Magirus.

1976 - UNIC-FIAT S.A. became UNIC S.A..

1992 - IVECO UNIC S.A. changed its name to IVECO FRANCE S.A.
