French daguerreotypist, active London 1839, exhibiting his daguerreotypes at The Argyll rooms, Regent Street, London and the Adelaide Gallery, off Trafalgar Square, September and October 1839; little else known of this very early daguerreotypist, possibly responsible for the very earliest photographic views of London.
