A second rate, 98-gun, ship-of-the-line and the third to carry the name 'Boyne'. Designed by Edward Hunt, Senior Surveyor of the British navy. 1790 - launched from Woolwich Dockyard. 1794 - won the Battle Honour: Martinique. 1795 - burnt by accident at Spithead.
