'Zeth Raja, aged 55 with his son Aleks, 15 and his wife Zoja, 50, in their apartment in the northern city of Shkodra. Both Zeth and his son have been unable to leave their home in recent months due to their involvement in a blood feud with another family, Should they leave their home they run the risk of being attacked and killed, in revenge for an attack by Zeth, on a member of this other family. His wife is free to leave the apartment as the old tribal laws -the Kanunr - states that women are not affected by 'Hakmarrje' - revenge taking'.
