Born 1949, Strupulis is a Latvian sculptor and graphic designer, who designed a number of Latvian coins and medals, and commemorative plaques around Riga. He is a significant Latvian medallist, the Latvian national delegate to the International Art Medal Federation (FIDEM) and recipient of a number of art medal prizes.
