Myerscough-Walker (1908-1984) was an architectural draughtsman, trained at Leeds School of Art and the Architectural Association in London. He won the Tite prize in 1931. He was a celebrated draughtsman, as well as a talented architect, writer, stage designer, artist and sculptor. He worked for several years with modernist architect Berthold Lubetkin.
