A weekly magazine of humour and short fiction published by Odhams Press, London from 1915 to 1939. It was first published as a small tabloid-size magazine growing in size to become a standard tabloid from 1924. It was briefly published as 'The New Passing Show' in 1932 when the magazine reinvented itself as a large tabloid moving from cartoons to fiction but the name reverted to the original after eight issues. In 1939 the magazine merged with Weekly Illustrated to become Illustrated which continued to be published until 1958 when it was incorporated into John Bull.
