1903 - Siemens & Halske acquired Schuckertwerke and formed Siemens-Schuckert.

1966 - Siemens & Halske, Siemens-Schuckert and Siemens-Reiniger-Werke merged to form Siemens AG.

Siemens-Schuckert specialised in power engineering and pneumatic instrumentation, and during the Second World War also produced aircraft. However, Siemens-Schuckert exploited the labour of prisoners kept in the German extermination and concentration camps during the Second World War.
