Salt-glazed pottery produced in village of Denby in 1809 by William Bourne; his son Joseph Bourne took over the company and built it up as Joseph Bourne as Joseph Bourne & Son; specilised in production of stoneware, bottles, jars, tableware and kitchenware; 1990, formed from the remains of Denby Tableware Ltd, which was an amalgamation of Langley Pottery Ltd. and Joseph Bourne & Son.
