1931 - company suffered from financial difficulties; 1932 - Junkers Motoren-Patentstelle GmbH formed in November, licensed the technologies back to the various companies, including Junkers Motorenbau (a Jumo company). Junkers Thermo Technik GmbH sold to Robert Bosch, who still uses the brand name.
