Subsidiary of Mullard Radio Valve Company and later Mullard Limited. It was established to market the valves made by the Mullard Radio Valve Company. Mullard was taken over by Philips in 1927, and after Philips reorganised its subsidiaries in 1947 which saw Mullard become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the new company Philips Electrical Ltd, Mullard Wireless Service Company was renamed Mullard Electronic Products. In 1988, Philips stopped using the Mullard name.
